All types of cancers are treated with latest systemic treatment, aligned with reputed hospitals for radiation therapy and laboratories across India.

SAVERA (Cancer Care Hospital and Research Center) is equipped with latest Cancer Registry software for detailed analysis of cancer registries on various parameters, under guidence of ICMR.



How to Take Online Appointment?

AAppointment through website can be done between 10 am to 5 pm.

BConfirm your appointment for the day by submitting your case file.

CDoctor are available between 10 am to 5 pm on all working days.

 

Administration Information

Appointment Procedure
Patients or on behalf of patient their relatives can take prior appointments for specific purposes. These prior appointments can be done by in person or through website. The appointment time for OPD is between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. The appointment done for a particular date will not carry forward for next day if the patient doesn’t turn up for the day. Appointments through website can be done for future dates only and not for current dates. Maximum of 8 appointments can be made through website for any date.

OPD Procedure
After the appointment new patients have to register themselves at the reception counter and get their files. New patients should come with all their previous clinical records and referral letters if any.

After the registration procedure get over, Assistant doctor will take the clinical history and do the physical examinations required. Later on consultant examines the patient.

For old patients, they have to submit their hospital file at the reception.

Patients may note that first old chemotherapy patients will be taken and they will be provided with chemotherapy medicines for their respective cycle after due to evaluation of their investigation reports. Later other patients will be served.
Indoor Procedure
After the checkup, investigations, patients may be advised for chemotherapy, for some patients for whom drugs can be administered in hours or in a day, drugs are administered in Day-Care ward where they can get their chemotherapy administered and go to their home on the same day.

For patient for whom durges are to be administered in 2-3 days they have to stay back and they get admitted in ward.

There are 3 types of wards available for patients.

General Ward: Patient bed is provided with a stool for patient’s attendant and bedside locker for keeping their belongings. Common bathroom and toilet facilities are provided where patient share it with other patients. General ward is provided with air conditioners.

Private Ward: Private wards are semi private rooms provided with air conditioner. Each room is shared by 2 patients. Each bed is provided with bedside locker and one stool for patient’s attendant.

Deluxe ward: Deluxe wards are single occupancy private rooms provided with air conditioner, Television, bedside locker, and couch for attendant.

Discharge card will be given to discharge patients by the treating doctor with all details regarding investigations, diagnosis, treatment provided, follow up medicines and next review date.
Billing Information
Patients who are admitted, billing procedure is done and bills are settled at th reception at the time of discharge.

Patients who are taken for Day care after the treatment procedure, billing is done and then bills can be settled

Patients who are taken for consultation, consultation fees can be paid after the consultation at the reception.
